Mix syrup powder with boiling water and stir until issolved.
Heat the flour in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat and add oil and stir slowly until it reaches the “soft ball” stage. By special processing method Tak Makaron Halva flour keeps all nutrition values, and there is no need to be roasted again. Allow the Syrup to cool and pour gently into the pan.
Tak Makaron’s syrup contains natural and traditional Halva flavours such as Saffron, Rosewater … Serve with nuts (pistachio and almond) sprinkled on top.
