The 11th Customer Satisfaction Summit from the Perspective of Distinguished and Leading Executives was convened on November 15 at the National Library of Tehran, attended by a select group of corporate managers, business owners, and academic scholars.The summit was organized with the objective of strengthening a customer-centric culture within organizations, examining effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction amid current economic conditions, and elucidating the role of innovation and technology in improving the customer experience.

Key speakers addressed subjects including the application of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the influence of branding on customer loyalty, and the challenges and opportunities associated with customer satisfaction during periods of crisis.
