The 7th National Quality Summit, acknowledged as a significant national event, was conducted based on the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) assessment, emphasizing a customer-centric approach. Its primary objective was to improve and advance quality across all dimensions and organizational processes. Furthermore, it aimed to recognize and commend top-performing companies operating in this domain.
The conference was held on August 29th at the Shahid Beheshti University with participation of a diverse assembly of professors and experts from both the public and private sectors.
