Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix slowly for 2 minutes; continue mixing on medium speed for 3 minutes. In case of using one speed mixers, the mixing time should be 5 minutes. Pour the dough into a well-greased pan. First, pre-heat the oven to 190 C0 or 374 F. For deep cake pans, the oven temperature 175 C0 or 347 F0 for 40-45 minutes, and for pans with less depth, baking temperature of 180 C0or 356 F0 for 35-40 minutes is recommended for baking the cake completely. After making sure that the cake is baked, wait until the pan is cooled and then take the cake out and enjoy.
