Jumbo Shells

Pour the semi-cooked pasta into a suitable bowl and add the butter (25 g) or vegetable oil (4 tablespoons) and 3 glasses of water or milk to your liking. Add vegetables (fresh and/or dried) and your favorite additives, like carrots, cabbage, etc. optionally.  Leave the lid open. Heat the bowl until boiling and stir gently to distribute the sauce evenly over the pasta surface. Wait 15 to 20 minutes for the sauce to reach the desired concentration. (Eat warm)
