1.carefully slide each of the ribbed lasagna sheets into 5 liter of boiling water with some salt and oil drain and rinse with cold water after 6-8 minutes.
2.grease an ovenproof or glass casserole pan ,on the bottom, with butter or olive oil.
alternate layers of the lasagna sheets and your favorite sauce all the way to the top of the pan.
finish with a layer of white sauce and pizza cheese.
3.bake the lasagna pan in oven at 220c for 25-30 minutes until golden.
