Penne Rigate with Marinara

Heat the oil in a suitable bowl, add the tomato paste, and fry a little.

Pour the content in a pot, add 2 glasses of water, Close the lid.

Heat the content for 15-20min on a medium heat. Stir gently the contents every 5 minutes until it reaches the desired concentration.

If desired, you can add olive oil, cherry tomatoes, basil or Fresh parsley.
